Large furnished double bedroom in a lovely part of Handforth. Includes a double divan bed with 4 drawers underneath for storage snd a wardrobe.

The home is walking distance to the shops & train station with close links to the A34, A555 & M60. Easy to get to Manchester City centre & Manchester airport is a 5-10min drive. I commute 2-4 times a week to Manchester Royal Infirmary and takes approx 25mins. Handforth train station is just under a 15min walk away and Handforth Dean retail park a 10min walk.

The house is an end of terrace with a lovely well maintained and recently renovated garden/patio area. There is a communal kitchen, living/dining area and bathroom which have also been recently upgraded. Parking is on road only but zero restrictions so never had any issues myself!

All bills are included in addition to broadband, Netflix, Disney+ and Prime in the living area. The kitchen has a washer and separate dryer for use.

I am a 36 year old Radiographer who loves my downtime at home which is my safe haven. I’m easy going and enjoy socialising but also happy in my own company. My ideal night is a good takeout and a couple of drinks after a busy week at work. I grew up locally and have friends and family nearby.

I’m not OCD when it comes to tidying and cleanliness but a tenant who keeps their space and communal areas relatively tidy and clean is important to me. My neighbours are lovely and friendly and while they don’t mind noise I would prefer someone who is mindful of others and doesn’t play music too loud as I enjoy my peace and quiet.
