Double room available in Northwich (Hartford)

One double room available in my two bed house in Hartford. Easy access to Manchester and close to Hartford train station which has trains that run to Liverpool in less than 30 mins.

The house is near enough brand new and the room can be provided either furnished/unfurnished. There is one shared bathroom but also a downstairs toilet. It comes with a good sized garden as well as a designated parking space for you. The area is quiet but also has plenty of nice pubs/restaurants/country walks.

Happy to offer a flexible agreement i. e. a rolling monthly contract or something more long term if you would prefer.

I'm 25 and work full time mon-fri and would ideally be looking for a fellow professional. I'm very clean and tidy and would expect the same from whoever moves in :) I'm sociable and always happy to chat and do things together but also respectful of people's space.
