We have a furnished room available in our warm, cosy and tidy three bed semi in Haslington village.
Lounge and dinning room is open plan, it is cosy and warm as we have an open coal fire.
There is a fully fitted kitchen and adjoint to a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The house also has a gardens to the rear that consist of a decking area. Our garden is a sun trap that we have constant sunshine during summer which is ideal for BBQ and sun bathing.
There is a parking space for 2 cars outside the house. Alternatively, there is plenty of parking spaces across the village green that is available for us to use.
Commuting is made easy for residents of Haslington, by road the M6 motorway Junction 17 northbound and Junction 16 southbound is readily available to let you go, at your own pace, to your desired destination.
If you want the train to take the strain then Crewe Railway Station, hub of the West of England Line, is within ten minute drive of your house. When HS2 arrives the journey time to London will become 45 minutes giving commuting to the capital a new meaning.
Also there are good bus links for the area to and from Crewe, Sandbach, Stoke and Staffordshire which runs regularly. It is also near to the Manchester Metro. University's Crewe Green Campus.
There are a few country pubs nearby that is within the walking distant from our house.
We are a friendly bunch, I am a secondary school teacher, my girl is going to University in the coming September. We enjoy home made English and Chinese foods, Art & Craft, gardening, or watching TV.
We are clean, tidy and only smoke outside. We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and will respect our property and the people that live in it. Someone who is easy going and wants a quiet household would be an ideal.
