I will be very shortly taking over the tenancy in a house that I am currently renting a room in. My current landlady is buying next door for better access to the rear fields where she has a few horses, chickens and ducks. It is a wonderful contrast to the IT work that I do in the day.
The cottage has a bus stop right outside and both Hazel Grove and High Lane are just a good ten minute walk away (if it is not raining too hard here in Manchester :-).
As I am out working a lot it will be more of a house share than just renting a room.
