About me - Heald Green based Landlord since 1996. No agencies or middle men to deal with. I'm directly available for any maintenance and access issues

Your housemates - You will share with no more than 2 other female housemates as each room is for single occupancy. Each room in this town house is for (prefer) female occupancy, full time employment reference required.

What's available and when? 1 extra large double available April 1st. Located in Heald Green with easy access to the airport, M60 & M56, . Full time work references required.

Lots of personal space in this large townhouse as you only share with 2 others.

Entrance hallway has storage space with stairs leading to the middle floor.

There is on/off road parking at the front of the house, however 2 of the tenants do have cars

The HMO is fully safety compliant with current gas and electric certificates, fire extinguishers, linked smoke alarms, CO alarms, emergency lighting and fire doors.

Location - The house is located in the centre of residential Heald Green, post code SK8 . This is a residential cul-de-sac, away from the busy main roads and traffic.

Costs - Initial payment of £150 to secure the room. 1st months rent due of £650 when you collect the keys. The last months rent (after you give notice) will be reduced by £150 Minimum stay 6 months.
