Double room available new year in lovely area

Hi I have a double room (for a female only) available in heald green which has a small local village. I live opposite fields, a duck pond and lovely walks. Close to tramways, train station and airport. The room is within a 3 bed semi detached. The room is on the ground floor next to kitchen and communal lounge. The toilet is separate from the bathroom but they are both upstairs. We have pets including a dog. Smoking is permitted outside.
