Local shops (Tesco, Co-operative, restaurants, pubs) located near by. Bus station, Public library and NHS located at 5 minutes walkable distance and train station at 15 minutes walkable distance. The room is furnished with huge double wardrobes, dressing table , beds and tv. Common areas of house, living room, kitchen and bathroom are accessible. Cable tv, wifi, utility bills, council tax - all included in the rent. I am looking for a non smoker, not too noisy house mate with a reference.
