Spacious House in Heart of Heaton Moor

I live in a spacious, double-fronted end-terrace house on a quiet road in the centre of Heaton Moor. The house has four bedrooms, with one currently used as a study. The living room has an open fireplace, and the back lounge has a wood-burning stove. It has two bathrooms, a good sized kitchen, and a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Outside there is a garden to three sides of the house, a patio, deck and shed with bike storage.

Just around the corner there is a local green-grocers, butchers, fishmongers, beer shop, several restaurants and cafes, a pub and a local independent cinema. We have good transportation links: we are a few minutes walk from two bus stops with links to Stockport and Central Manchester, and just under a mile from Heaton Chapel train station, East Didsbury Metrolink and train station

I am looking for two new housemates to live with from early November. The bedrooms for rent are large, have good light, and are fully furnished with a king-size bed, wardrobe and drawers. The rent for the rooms are £450&475/month, including all bills, council tax, high speed broadband, Sky Sports and Netflix.

I am a young professional, just out of university. I'm pretty easy-going, tidy, sociable and sporty. Come to see the house and area for yourself any evening or weekend!
