Independent basement apartment

The space is suitable for a maximum of 3 people. It has one bedroom with a comfortable double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room which is big enough for one guest.

This one bedroom apartment is in the basement of a family home. You have complete privacy with your own entrance. If you need us for anything we are right upstairs but you have complete privacy otherwise.

There is a fully stocked kitchen with fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery and 2 pan stove including cooking utensils. The bathroom is newly refurbished with constant running hot water. There is no washing machine in the apartment. There is a launderette less than 5 mins away.

We are happy for short or long term rentals. Looking for someone respectful to understand this is our home and hope you keep it well but otherwise anyone can come stay with us.
