Room is for 1 person no couples, children, regular overnight guests/partners to be fair to other sharer.

If you have your own belongings I am flexible and rooms can be available fully furnished, un-furnished or part-furnished to suit.

Rental is for 1 large double bedroom with bathroom and 1 large Living room on the middle floor of a large Victorian house.
House-sharer would have sole use of these 2 rooms and en-suite bathroom and just share a large kitchen/diner with live in landlord and one other sharer.

Mains wired smoke/heat detectors installed throughout well maintained house. Strict no smoking house.

Large Bedroom (4. 5m x 4m with 3. 5m ceiling height) with double bed, wardrobe, chest-of-drawers, bedside table.

Living room has 3 seat sofa plus matching chair, various occasional furniture including desk and swivel chair if required.

Bathroom with shower over bath, separate high pressure shower system, Basin with mirror cabinet, WC.

Use of large, very private south facing garden with large lawn and decked area
