Housemate wanted!

Housemate wanted for gorgeous spacious house in Heavily, a quiet little corner of suburban Stockport. Very reasonably priced rent, shops within 2 minutes, pubs within 10. Also has a lovely, well tended garden. I'm a musician and songwriter so other musicians are very welcome. I also rent a practice room 5 minutes walk from the property which I'm offering use of for a nominal fee on top of rent and bills! I'm also planning to get a 3rd tenant in in March so the above price which includes bills will reduce once the bills are split 3 ways.
I'm always up for socialising but if you're a private person that's cool too. I'm easy going and not too messy but not a neat freak either. Give me a shout if interested!
