Delightful attic double bedroom & day room

We have a tall, detached Victorian house just below Helsby Hill.
There are two adjoining rooms available on the top floor. One has a king sized bed, chair and storage plus a washbasin. There is an adjoining room with desk, small fridge and wardrobe.
On the floor below you would have a large bathroom for sole use. We have two pretty courtyards for you to relax in.
There is a large kitchen for your use with all appliances available to you. There is parking on the street.
We generally work from home and sometimes away. If we are out you are welcome to use the living room. There is Sky tv and Broadband for you to use. We have a very friendly cat called Mog who loves attention.
Until recently our son and his fiancée were very happy with us - they have now got their own home.

There is a footpath up to Helsby Hill across the road that leads up to many walks. We are just off the main road so you are within walking distance of the railway station, bus stops and all the local shops and amenities.
