I own house and live here. I have 1 spare room and we will share all communal spaces. My home is very quiet and peaceful. Im friendly and welcoming. I work full time but am around in evenings. Mostly I just cook and chill then. Respect privacy and down time. Must be clean and tidy. I have a very demanding but adorable cat so love of cats is absolutely essential. Sorry but no WFH If you’re interested then happy to meet to see if we gel.
minimum 10 nights per month (suitable for cabin crew etc) charging nightly rate of 33 minimum stay 2 months and can be any night) Im flexible so contact me if you have different requirements.

On road parking.
Close links to m6 motorway network for both Liverpool and Manchester.
Lovely area with great pub and countryside walks on doorstep.
Close to glazebrook and irlam train station.
Local bus to Manchester and Warrington.
Would suit working professional.
Smoking fine in garden.
