This is a Monday to Friday let.
This is a 3 bed house in a nice secluded new build development.
You’ll have access to a Master bedroom with ensuite. There is also an office if you need to work from home.
And you’ll have access to the living room with a large 55inch TV as well as the kitchen and garden.
The house has a very nice and sunny south facing kitchen and garden.
It’s located in a very quiet estate, a few min from M6 junction 18 and a 5 min walk from all amenities and from the Holmes Chapel railway station for trains to Manchester and London.
I am looking for a respectful and responsible person that can look after the house as I would.
Available from 1 November 2021 initially.
