Double room in quiet zone

Room size is 3x2.66m + a cupboard of 1x1.3m with a single bed extendable to king size, clean, quiet area, free parking. The only monthly payments will be £100 rent (bills included) and £200 for deposit. You will have full access to the big kitchen with laundry washing machine, dish washing machine, fully automatic coffee maker, kettle, microwave, bread maker, oven, fridge etc. Also, you will share the house with the landlord's family (mother, father, son). We looking to get in a professional or student female (my wife doesn't agree to be a male person), 20-27, social character, single, not drinking (or other drugs), no pets allowed.
