Good size kitchen/diner with all amenities including oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dryer and washing machine.

Unlimited superfast Virgin fibre broadband, TV license, electricity, gas, and water bills all included.

You will be sharing with 2 males in their late 20's who are friendly, tidy, non-smoking and considerate.

You will need to be clean and tidy, and respectful of others.

There is a £40 per month contribution to the weekly cleaner in addition to the rent.
