Female Single Occupant For House Share

I have a terrace house in the village of Ince outside Chester. It is a three bedroom house and the occupant will have a double bed in a large room. However I must advise that the house is difficult to get to via public transport so a car is a necessity. Further I have 12 dogs .as I am a small show kennel and hobby breeder - dogs live both inside and outside the house. The rent gets cheaper if an individual is prepared to help me with the dogs when they are free. It would suit somebody who is studying Animal Management or veterinary training. The house is in the process of being renovated so from time to time there will be some work going on. As the Landlord is a female pensioner - only females will be considered
