Shared bills. Drive for off-road parking and use of garage for bike. Smoking only outside in garden. Laundry - use of washing machine and oven/microwave and fridge.
I have 2 dogs who are allowed downstairs and in the garden only.
Short stay available and deposit for this would be negotiated.
