Furnished double room in flat-centre of Knutsford

Maisonette flat above a shop in the centre of Knutsford. No garden. No parking. Shared shower-room, living room and kitchen on first floor. Kitchen has all usual facilities. Double bedroom on second floor. Day bed with trundle underneath to make into a double. Can supply a tv if needed. Includes bills. Have broadband. Must love cats as I have one. I'm not a clean freak but like things reasonably tidy. Friends welcome to visit you but not stay over. Short term let - max 2 months. I'm easy going, like pubs, cinema, theatre, eating out. I am divorced and have a 9-5 office job. Looking for someone to help pay the bills really. Someone considerate and respectful to my property and belongings. Thanks for reading. Sx
