It is available from now for short term lets and Mon-Friday lets.

The house is a new home in Knutsford and only a 10min walk from Tatton park! It is a 20 min drive to Manchester airport and walking distance from Knutsford Town centre and Train station and ideal for commuters into Manchester City.


This is also suitable for Barclays interns.
The room comes with high speed Wifi internet access. You will have a private Ensuite bathroom with a bath for your own privacy and convenience. All bills included!

There is a lovely rear garden and space for parking your car on the street directly outside house.

My wife and I will be living in the house as well and we have an additional professional male lodger with us in the other spare room. We are friendly and approachable, but will also respect your privacy!

We would prefer no additional guests other than the lodger staying over, as well as professionals who are not working from home as this is our main residence and would prefer the privacy.
