My spare room needs a friend

Maybe I've watched too many episodes of Friends, but I've decided that having a housemate could actually be hilarious. Or at least more entertaining than rattling around in my house on my own.
Whilst I do work in property professionally, this is the spare room in my own personal home.
I guess I'm looking for someone who has their own stuff going on, and works in the local area, but equally someone who would be happy sharing a movie, meal, glass, now and then.
All bills will be included in the rent, plus Netflix, Disney, prime etc. Full use of the garden, and home office, as required.
There are two lounges, should our movie tastes differ on occasion. But I'm sure they won't.
Splendid garden, patio, gin and bbq terrace, and pizza oven.
There is a garage if you need to store a bike. I don't smoke, or have any pets.
There is space on the drive for a car, if you need it. The local shops and takeaway are literally just at the end of the road.
I split my time between managing my property business, fitness, gym and running with the local club, and gardening. There will always be a veg roast, stew, stir-fry or soup available! I've lived in Knutsford for eight years now, and enjoy socialising, and adventuring, with my gang.
