My name is Donna and I am looking to share my luxury detached house in Knutsford, with a like minded professional female.

I have a dog called Ella, who is well behaved and only allowed on the ground floor of the property, and definately not on the furniture lol! She also comes to work with me everyday, so is not in the house on her own.

I own and run my own business in Knutsford, and go to the Satya yoga studio most evenings.

Odd weekends I sometimes have friends or family over to cook a lovely meal, socialise, or watch a movie.

I enjoy going for walks too on the weekend.

The house has two lounge areas with TVs, one in the open plan kitchen dining area, and another separate cosy lounge which has sliding doors to make it private.

All TVs in the house are Smart TV's and your en-suite room also has a TV mounted on the wall, double wardrobe, 2 x sets of draws and an Ottoman bed with plenty of storage underneath.

The first floor has 2 x double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and 1 small box bedroom

My bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor of the property so completely separate.

There is separate utility cupboard with a washer and dryer on the ground floor, which also has underfloor heating through out, which is really toasty in winter!

The house is within walking distance to the centre of Knutsford, approx 15 mins and there is space on the drive for 2 cars.

The monthly rent includes all bills, and access to wi-fi.
