Bedroom, Bathroom, Dressing Room Knutsford Centre

I'm renting a king size bedroom in Knutsford centre on a quiet road, a stones throw from Knutsford Station, Booths supermarket and all of the pubs, bars and restaurants knutsford has to offer.

The property is on a quiet side road and is a recently renovated 4 bed and currently occupied only by myself (a 29 year old male professional).

You'll have your choice of bathrooms (there are 3) and your own dressing room or office area. There is also an extra TV room in the basement if we can't agree what to watch. The house has a small garden to the rear, street parking and lots of room.

About me - I'm a 29 year old male working in software sales. I work from home most of the time but travel with work often so you'll get the house to yourself for a few days every other week.

I'm into running, the gym, movies, music and enjoy cooking or going out to eat and drink. Ideally I'd like a flatmate thats around my age and has similar interests.

Internet, weekly cleaner, gas, electric, water and council tax are included in the rental cost.
