I live in a quiet residential part of Knutsford - 10 minute walk into the centre of Knutsford and train station, and 10 minute walk to Booths Hall. On the right side of Knutsford for Barclays employees, a five minutes drive.
The room will be available from the 1st April after the bathroom has been renovated.
I would also be happy to rent Monday to Friday for £ 550 per month or £ 750 per calendar month all bills included 7 days a week.
The bedroom available is a large double bedroom. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, two seater settee, bedside table, lamp, tv socket ECT..
The house is detached situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a large back south facing garden with a patio. There is also a double driveway/parking and garage.
Very large living room looking out onto the garden, clean kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a downstairs toilet and an upstairs shared bathroom, with both a shower and bath. There is fast broadband and the house is alarmed.
I am a clean and tidy person, and I would expect the same from the person who I live with. I am easy going, relaxed and enjoy company.
For people who love the outdoors, i live very close to the countryside, minutes from fields and woodland and Tatton Park close by.
I work 9-5 Monday to Friday split between home and office.
I tend to have quieter evenings in winter, but like to go out as much as possible when it's a bit warmer!
Knutsford is located south of Manchester and boasts excellent transport links via the train station, nearby airport, and motorway network. The town itself is a hive of activity. It has a cinema, a theatre and many bars and restaurants.
My current lodger has been with me for over 2 years and is sadly leaving, I am open for short or long term tenants, and I am flexible in my approach.
