5-7 minute walk to the Barclays free bus stop. 17 minute drive to Manchester Airport.

Professional’s preferred as I am working Mon - Fri. So essential someone in the same routine working days.

I have 2 small dogs who are very clean and ever so friendly. Imperative you like dogs.

This is my home so very comfortable and has everything you would need. Towels, bedding etc.. Kitchen has everything you would need, pots / pans / gas cooker / dishwasher/ washing machine / plates / utensils / cutlery etc...

Room is fully furnished with a double wardrobe, TV & DVD player and freeview and HDMI cable.

Focus on you!

Cleaners comes fortnightly and is at no extra cost, plus they will wash your bedding and pop it back on for you and clean your room so you can focus on you time rather than sharing cleaning.

- As this is my home I am not open to couples, or visiting partners / boyfriends / girlfriends or friend and or family staying as there is not a third room for them to stay in sadly
- I will provide a contract and ensure that it is all legally compliant and above board which is how I operate
- Gas and Electrics compliant, certified and safe. Gas certificate available to view all legally checked.
