3 Bedroom House situated in Latchford. Parking easily available on a very quiet road. It's only a 20 minute walk to Town Centre, Stockton Heath and Latchford Village with great transport links. Victoria Park is a 2 minute walk and black bear way is situated at the side of the house for easy access for walking, running or cycling. Inside is very modern and fully furnished for someone to simply walk in.

Currently living alone with one pet (a cat), I work from home Monday-Friday in the 3rd bedroom so I will be out of the way for the majority of the day anyway.

All bills are included in the rent and the broadband speed is 100mb. I would like someone who is friendly, clean and looks after the place as if it's their own. They are welcome to bring in visitors but no parties please. They must be pet friendly. Smoker's are welcome but must not smoke inside the house.

At the moment the room is currently filled with a few bits of clutter but this will all be removed by the time you have moved in.
