Beautiful flat overlooking the canal

Looking for a flat mate to move in at the beginning of April. The flat is just next to the bridge crossing from Latchford into Stockton Heath (apart of the new builds). You will have your own bathroom pretty much as I don’t use the upstairs one. Your room has a wardrobe and has room for a double bed and other bits. The flat is cute and has a lovely balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sun. The flat is always kept clean and tidy. A parking space is provided. Bills included are all of them, WiFi, water, electric, council tax and rent. Rent is £500 a month each and bills are usually £250 each but I’ve knocked the price as I have the en-suite. Message me :)
