Apartment with a view.

I am renting out the second (double) bedroom in my 2 bed apartment. I work away very long periods so you will have sole occupancy for the majority of your tenure. That said, my daughter will drop by on occasion and may even stay over.
It is a clean and modern apartment, and on the 8th (top) floor with spectacular views over Warrington.
Council tax, wifi, energy and water all included and the block has ample parking.
