Due to my personal circumstances I am currently spending over half of my time living on the South Coast, and am looking for a lodger to keep my house feeling like a home as I'm.
When I'm back, I will have my children with me so you must be prepared to live with an 8 and 9 year old, but don't worry, they are well trained ;-)
The rest of the time, this dream home will be exclusively yours, and so I need someone who will treat it with the respect it deserves.
The house is large, beautiful and high spec. It comes with everything you need including a hot tub!
I can be flexible on terms, and the rent is negotiable if you're looking for a Monday - Friday rental.
