Small Double in Warrington / Stockton Heath

Hello!

I have a small but cosy double bedroom for rent in a terraced house in Lower Walton. The room will be furnished with a chest of drawers, mirror, double bed, and open hanging unit with shelves. The room is ready from the start of Feb as I need to give it a quick lick of paint. There is also a converted attic room which is just being used as additional storage at the min and you would be welcome to keep anything up here. The house is right near the Stag pub in Lower Walton, very close to Stockton heath and Warrington. There are good motorway links nearby to the M56 and M6.

I am a live in landlord with my cocker spaniel. Ideally you need to love dogs and be dog savvy as she is very friendly but also an escape artist!

I work Monday to Friday 9-5 and in the evenings I either go to the gym, go horse riding or snowboarding and walk the dog. At the weekends I’m normally out walking or having a couple of drinks, not a massive party animal but do enjoy a day drink in the sun!

I’m very clean and tidy and would want a housemate to be the same in at least the living areas. The cost of a cleaner every two weeks is £24 and it might be worth us sharing this cost so there’s no cleaning involved for anyone! The rent is £350 per month which would include all bills inc broadband. I don’t have a TV package but I have a chrome cast and use my phone to watch Netflix etc.

Not too fussy over the new housemate but would prefer a female, and need to be clean and considerate of each other’s space and easy to get along with! I do want someone that’s going to live in the house not just their bedroom!
