Cosy, spacious cottage, in quiet residential area

Hi, I'm Jill and live on my own with my two friendly King Charles Spaniels. My cottage is very traditional, with a real fire and beams throughout. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom with bath and fitted shower, spacious lounge, large kitchen diner and utility room. I have a small lovely courtyard garden and a parking space outside the front door. Your bedroom is light and airy, with fully fitted wardrobes and shelves, a chest of drawers and a TV.
It is a 10 minute walk to the centre of the village, which has plenty of pubs and restaurants, a 10 minute drive to Warrington and a 20 minute drive from Manchester Airport. I myself work at a private jet centre there, but not a shift worker. I am looking for a friendly, responsible housemate to share my cosy home. So come and see, the kettle is always on!
