I am looking to rent a large bright clean double room in my home. The room has a walk-in wardrobe and TV. There is a bathroom with shower over the bath available for sole use of the Tenant on the middle floor of my house. I use the top floor.
Kitchen has dishwasher, Microwave, coffee maker and washer/dryer
There is a small garden and a parking space available at the side of the house.
I do have a very friendly old indoor cat so not good for anyone with allergies.
My ideal would be to rent on a Monday to Friday basis at £500 pm or for short term let’s £700.
