Hi. I have a 3 storey weaver's cottage in Macclesfield, the top floor room is available for rent.

The bedroom is very large, has a double bed, a TV with a couple of chairs, and room for a computer desk. The ensuite is very large, just renovated, and is fitted with free standing bath, large sink and a toilet. A shower is available on the middle floor bathroom. The use of the living room, dining room and kitchen is available, and there is a southwest facing garden to enjoy in the summer.
The kitchen is going to be updated, and the garden landscaped.
I live in the house myself, and I don't plan to let out any other of the rooms.
The house is near to the town centre, and a few minutes walk from the bus and railway stations. Nevertheless, the house is on a quiet street and the top floor enjoys views over Macclesfield to the hills beyond.
