The house is situated on Park Lane Macclesfield which is a few minutes walk in to town and close to the train station / bus stop.
It is street parking but i have never struggled to find a space by the house.
The house is situated on a main road so it can be quite noisy at times as the windows are single glazed at the front of the house due to building being listed and the windows are very large!! (Hence the cheap rate)
Also looking for someone who works during the days as I work from home Monday to Friday.
I also have 2 working cocker spaniels living here - so ideally someone who doesn’t mind dogs 🐶
