This large lower ground floor basement room has a patio sliding door, two side windows and is partially furnished. To the rear there is a large fenced in garden and driveway (big enough for three cars) and gates for security.

The room is approximately 21 feet long (6.4m) x 15 feet wide (4.6m) narrowing down to 12 feet (3.6m) towards the rear of the room.

There is a ground floor washroom, comprising toilet and washbasin for exclusive use by the lodger. The main bathroom and kitchen are shared, with the bathroom being located on the top floor and kitchen on ground floor.

My home is semi-rural with fields on two sides and stunning views. It is only a 20 minute walk to Tegg’s Nose Country Park and 25 minutes walk to Macclesfield town centre.

My partner and I split our time between her house and mine.

The part furnishings include patio blackout curtains, window blinds, wardrobe, storage drawers, relaxing chair and entrance mat. The lodger can if they wish, provide their own bed and TV. Alternatively, a bed and TV can be provided.

This is for a short term 3 month let. All bills included. For information only this property is Council tax band E.
