I am looking for a female housemate for my lovely cottage-style house in the heart of Macclesfield.
The area is lovely, nice and quiet whilst also being just a 10 min walk into town. On street parking is available if you have a car and there are always spaces available.
There are two reception rooms, a cosy lounge and then a kitchen diner area, which is sizeable. Plus a cute little courtyard out the back which leads to a communal area.
All bills are included in the rent and it's £350 deposit up front. Move in date is anytime from Saturday 6 September.
I'm pretty chill to live with, I work from home three days a week and out and about at the weekend. I have a little cat, Cookie, who mostly sleeps on my bed.
I'm not from Macc but was drawn here by the beaut scenery and relaxed vibes. Picturedrome is nearby (similar to Mackie Mayor and Altrincham Market) and there are lots of independent cafes, bars and shops popping up. Plus not far from Stockport (30 min drive) and Manchester Centre (45 mins).
