Double Bedroom 1:
Includes a double bed, 2 x bedside tables, a dressing table and stool and a tall wardrobe with a pull-out drawer.

Double Bedroom 2:
Includes a double bed and a tall wardrobe with pull-out drawers.

For each room, price is for a single occupant.
Price for a couple is £225 per week, per room.
You will need your own bedding as I don't provide this.

The house has 3 x bedrooms, as well as a shared dining area, kitchen and living room, and 2 x shared bathrooms.

Rent includes bills (wifi, gas/elec, water, council tax).

Great garden area with garden furniture, lighting, bbq and electric points.

On-street parking is free and very available, right outside the house. There is also space in the drive for a car but is up a kerb.

Lodging is roll-on weekly until either party gives notice. I will be selling the property so looking for a short term let.

Smokers welcome however all smoking must be done off-premises (the garden and driveway is artificial grass so can't be smoked on).
