All rooms come with a desk and chair, double wardrobe, bedside table, and a chest of drawers to cover all your storage needs. The rooms also have great natural light hard-wired Internet and TV points, built in USB sockets + Superfast Fibre Optic WI-FI ideal for home working.
COMMUNAL AREAS
The property has a stunning, open plan, sociable kitchen/diner and communal living area, the hub of the house. Enjoy the luxury corner sofa, table, and chairs and a 50" Smart 4K Ultra HD Wide TV, with Netflix included. Relax and socialise after a day at work or during the weekend.
The contemporary kitchen has ample cupboard space designed around a communal island unit, we’ve even added a Nespresso Coffee Machine…coffee to go! We’ve kitted it out with everything you need and even the washing machine and dryer are located in a separate utility area so as not to impact your enjoyment of the social space.
And of course, Free Super-Fast Fibre-Optic Wi-Fi is boosted to all parts of the house, so you can benefit from the fastest internet speeds available.
What’s more a weekly cleaning service is provided in the communal / shared areas / shared bathroom to keep your home and kitchen squeaky clean.
