I am a live in landlady. The house is 3 bedroomed with 2 bathrooms upstairs and one bathroom downstairs. The kitchen is an open dining and lounge area and there is a separate lounge too. Plenty of parking on the drive. The garden has a patio and is south facing.
I work Tues - Saturday as a professional.

I have one pet, a friendly cat..

I will be leaving the property vacant regularly at weekends and during the summer to visit North Wales.

The property is Council Tax Band D. and is located 5 minutes from Macclesfield Hospital, within walking distance.

All bills are included, including the broadband which is fibre and fast.

Cleaning: Please. clean own areas, bedroom and bathroom and I will take responsibility of the rest of the house.

Kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, fridge/Freezer and washer/dryer.

Macclesfield Forest and its four reservoirs are a very short drive away (about 5 mins), and are a great place for walking, cycling and enjoying the beautiful countryside and wildlife.

Macclesfield Train Station is on the West Coast Main Line. Manchester is a 20 minute train journey away. Stockport is 10 mins and London Euston can be reached in under 2 hours.

Smokers welcome, but you must smoke outside.
