This beautiful cottage is located just as you come into Macclesfield. It is a great location for commuting into Manchester and surrounding areas.
It is 3 bedroom and you would be able to pick which bedroom you wanted as there are two spare. Both are pictured.
One bathroom with a bath and a separate shower.
About me…
I am 30 year old Midwife who works 5 days a week from Wilmslow. The commute is about 30 minutes and really easy to access and all the surrounding areas from here.
I am super clean and chilled. I am out of the house a lot due to work but also like to come home and to chill in the evenings after going to the gym or out with my friends. I like to have a peaceful house with no drama but also happy to have tea/ socialise in the evening together.
I stay at my boyfriends 1-2 times a week and he would stay here upto twice a week, mainly on weekends, however we don’t tend to stay in the house during the weekends.
The house is fully furnished with a washer/dryer/dishwasher and everything you could need for the kitchen etc.
I have a TV in the living room which has Netflix/Disney/amazon which you are more than welcome to use.
The bills would be 50/50
