My name is Maxine. I work full time days and home in the evenings. I am looking for a professional maybe would suit a contract worker ,ideal location for Astra Zeneca. My house is situated on an industrial estate full of businesses. 5 minutes walk to AZ. In the area there a a couple of local pubs, morrisons, cafes, takeaway. 10 minute walk to Tesco, Aldi, M&S, Farmfoods, Costa, Kentuky. There are a couple of gyms in the area ,5 minutes walk to the canal and countryside. Town centre ,bus station and train station 15mins walk. Close to motorway.
The room as just been newly decorated. Wifi, Netflix, Dvd player, Towels, extra bedding, fan, extra heater ,Iron, ironing board. The room will be cleaned and bedding and towels changed every weekend.
Available Mon-Fri or Sun-Thurs.
I have rented rooms out previously.
