Beautiful peaceful houseshare

Hi! I’m Louise and I’m looking for a friendly grounded professional or mature student to share my lovely peaceful 3 bedroom house with me and my cat Lonnie. I work in mental health and am into art, cooking, personal growth and nature :) If you'd like to get in touch please share some information about yourself and your interests so we can see if we'd be a good fit.

The house is 15 minutes from Macclesfield town centre and train station with great links to Manchester and London and on the edge of the Peak District. The double room is finished and there is a shared bathroom with a shower and freestanding bathtub. The house has a shared kitchen and two living rooms, both with a fire/ log burner allowing for space when needed. Parking is on Buxton road a 1 minute walk away at the end of the lane. The house is situated on a peaceful small lane with 5 other houses in the terrace and friendly neighbours. There is a large west facing garden with a patio thats a bit of a sun-trap on sunny days.

I’ve listed the room as a short term let up to 4 months but I’d consider a long term let if the fit felt right. The room is currently furnished. The advertised cost includes rent, bills and a cleaner once a month (£20 pp) and a gardener once a month (£25 pp). Its council tax band C.

In the winter months (October - April ish) the extra cost of energy bills will be a bit extra and split between us (usually about £35 extra each per month)

I’m looking for someone friendly and grounded, who might be interested in cooking and eating together once a week or so. Im an extrovert but I'm looking for someone who can strike a good balance of socialising and peacefulness due to my having a long-term health condition.
