Beautiful peaceful houseshare

Hi! I’m Louise and I’m looking for a friendly grounded professional or mature student to share my lovely peaceful 3 bedroom house with me and my two cats Lonnie and Dino. The house is 15 minutes from Macclesfield town centre and train station with great links to Manchester and London and on the edge of the Peak District.

The room is en suite with lots of built in storage, shared kitchen and two living rooms, both with a fire/ log burner allowing for space and privacy when required. Parking is on Buxton road at the end of the lane as the house is situated on a peaceful private unincorporated lane with 5 other houses in the terrace and friendly neighbours. There is a large west facing garden with a patio for sitting out in the evening sunshine.

I’ve advertised the room as a short term let but I’d consider a long term let if the fit felt right. The room is currently furnished but this is flexible too.

I’m looking for someone friendly but independent, who might be interested in eating together a couple of times a week. I’m naturally sociable but looking for someone who lives fairly quietly due to my having a long term health condition.
