I have a neat and tidy room to rent out 5 minutes from the centre of Macclesfield, and several minutes from the local park. We have quiet neighbours and it is on a quiet road.

Council tax band A, but included within the rent, alongside other utilities and broadband.

Move in date for 1st of May but there is much room for flexibility here, to move before or after this date.

Preferably looking for somebody who knows how to share respectfully with others, who can be clean and tidy, and you will need to demonstrate through a reference check that you're working and can afford the rent :)
