Double room in quiet house, near park, and train

Hi,

I'm Emily, and I'm looking for the right lodger or couple to take a double room in my house in Macc from Sept 2025 (flexible).

The area:
Really quiet one way street with on street parking
3 min walk to South Park
8 min walk to Macclesfield station, which gets you to Manchester in c20mins, and London in 1hr50.
10-15 min walk into Macc town centre
Lots of lovely local pubs within 10 mins walk (Park Tavern, Red Willow, the Fountain, the Castle, and more)
30 min walk to Substation climbing wall if that's your thing

The room/house:
Fully furnished double room - with super king bed and 2 year old memory foam mattress
kitchen, living room, and an upstairs loft office space too, which you're welcome to use of course
Two bathrooms
Central heating
Good vinyl collection (though I need to replace my amp!)
Shared outdoor courtyard with lots of plants which you're welcome to add to
Neighbours have several cats, one of which spends a lot of time here
Good wifi

Terms:
All bills included
Rolling contract with a month's notice
Will consider small pets

Me:
I am a civil servant, work in tech policy, enjoy philosophy, theatre, travel, old indie music from my teenage years, having a wine at home or a beer in the pub, and tinkering on piano/guitar;
lots of crafts in the house too... (I have a sewing machine, painting easels, keyboard, guitar & amp...)
I work in London frequently, so you'll have the place to yourself quite a bit.
When im around, my partner may also visit occasionally (e. g a weekend a month)

You:
Would suit a quiet, kind, homely person or couple, who want a calm environment to call home, and who will get on with both me and the neighbour's cat :)

Any nationality, gender etc as long as you're a friendly, responsible person, and you're more dinner party era than party era (stay home and craft or watch netflix era also welcome!)
