Double Room near South Park

I'm looking for the right person or couple to rent my spare room in central Macclesfield from early November (flexible).

The room
Fully furnished room with a double bed, bedside table, and inbuilt wardrobe storage. It could be unfurnished if you'd prefer to use your own stuff.
There is double glazing with a nice view out onto the garden.
If you plan to stay for longer, you're welcome to put up pictures etc. and make it your own.
It's cosily decorated with a period fireplace and high ceilings.

The house
A recently renovated kitchen, a cosy living room with a log burner, and a mixed use gym/office space too.
One shared bathroom, central heating, washing machine, etc.
Private outdoor courtyard garden with a lovely seating area.
There is space for a bike inside the front room and ample loft storage.
I will make space for you in the rest of the house, in the kitchen and other living areas.

The area
A quiet residential street with on street parking
5 min walk to South Park, 1 minute walk to a cornershop and 10 minute walk into the town centre.
10 min walk to Macclesfield train station (Manchester Piccadilly in 20mins and London Euston in 1h50).
25 min drive to Manchester Airport.
Good proximity to local pubs, independent shops, takeaways, and other amenities.

Rental terms
Looking for an individual or a couple (+£100pm extra for a couple)
Bills included (council tax, water, electricity, wifi)
Preferably a 3 month minimum term with 1 month notice
Open to small pets

About me
I work as a social researcher, sometimes working from home but I often travel for work (you would have the house to yourself a few nights a week every fortnight).
I am active and enjoy running and cycling. I'm sociable and fairly busy in the evenings, but home tends to be a quiet place when I'm in - the house would suit someone wanting similar.
I sometimes have friends of family stay over and you'd also be welcome to have guests stay (within reason).
