Furnished single room in town centre cottage.

The room is small but has a desk, chair, bed and wardrobe. I can provide bedding. I have broadband and all the facilities in the cottage are available, including the TV, Kitchen and bathroom which has a shower and bath. You would be sharing with a mum and her five-year-old son who sleep in the other bedroom. Gas, water and electricity included in the rent. The terraced cottage is small but very handy for the town centre. Parking is available in the neighbouring car-park, for which you can obtain a resident's permit.
