Good proven track record for lodging with previous lodgers reference. Great location to access Macclesfield Town and Station via foot. I now have one double bedroom available from the 28th November, the other bedroom is now taken. The property has two reception rooms, one occupied by the live-in landlord and the other is ultilised for lodgers. The shared kitchen can be accessed by either reception room. The bathroom is a fairly large area and is shared. I work shifts which works well for sharing. Very tidy, fully furnished and relaxed atmosphere. Nice garden which backs onto a large park.
