En-suite bedroom available, all bills included. The owners live within the building and therefore parts of the building and grounds are shared with the owners and other guests. An optional weekly clean is available.
"The Garden View" room: - Situated to the first floor this room has a double bedroom with dark wooden furniture, bed, wardrobe, drawers, bed side tables and lamps. The room overlooks the rear patio and gardens. It's truly beautiful. The windows have white wooden shutters.
There is an office/dressing area with a bureau style desk. From here you can access the bedroom, bathroom or ground floor.
The bathroom is private with oak coloured wooden flooring, tiled walls, a large walk in shower cubicle, sink and wc. There is a towel radiator and wall mounted mirror.
The bedroom and bathroom is private to the guest.
To the ground floor, guests will share a lounge and dining room with other guests and share the kitchen and orangery with other guests and the owners. There is a laundry room in the basement which will be shared with the owners and guests.
The grounds span 2 acres with patio area and lawns, all will be shared with guests and owners but from time to time the owners may restrict access to certain parts.
The front has a very large gravel driveway with entrance and exit, the guest will be permitted to park one car each.
Gas, Water, Electricity and Council Tax is included.
Please note the owners do have a small dog which will be present in the ground floor rooms.
If guests would like a weekly room clean, this can be agreed with the owners at an additional £30 per week (£130 per month)
