Double Room To Rent In Family Home

Due to my children growing up and leaving home I now have a spacious double room to rent along with use of a separate sitting room in my family home. The Marple area has a great deal to offer with restaurants, pubs and bars as well as 2 train stations both within walking distance of the house running frequently to both Manchester and Sheffield as well as bus routes to Stockport town centre. Whoever expresses interest in the property must be pet friendly as we have 3 dogs. With this being the case we would be happy to consider someone with cats but sadly not dogs! Employment and previous Landlord reference would be required.
