Well maintained town house in a nice residential area, all bills included with Wifi and washing machine, its fully central heated. The lounge, bathroom and kitchen are shared between tenants. 2 mins walk from the local train station and bus stop for trains / buses to Stockport and Manchester.
You will be sharing with three females who all have full time jobs and they prefer another female to join them.
The room is fully furnished with wardrobe, draws and smart wifi TV.
All tenants keep the house clean and tidy - and i have a cleaner comes in every two weeks to vacuum and dust the living room and clean the bathroom and kitchen.
There is no off street parking until someone moves out that has a vehicle, but its a quiet road with plenty of parking available.
Although i live on the premises i have my own asininities and are on a different floor form the female tenants who live there. I Work at Manchester Airport and might not be able to respond to messages untill evening time.
